2-Zone Wired Alarm PCB

Hi there, Does the 2-Zone Wired Alarm PCB ( 2Z-ALARM-PCB ) have an entry / exit delay when arming the alarm from the key switch ?

Does Alarmtech stock suitable enclosures for these boards ?
